This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and the petitioner's family members to enter the land situated in Survey No.293/1A at Sayalkudi, Ramanathapuram District.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit there is a civil dispute pending between the parties and an enquiry is also pending. 2/4
