O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.107 of 2020 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C.

2. The defacto complainant Jeeva is present before this Court. He is identified by Thiru.S.Ravi Easwaran, SSI - 3903 attached to Narikudi police station. The defacto complainant states that due to a petty quarrel, the entire incident had taken place. He has no objection for quashing the impugned First Information Report. Since the parties have entered into compromise, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned First Information Report alive. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Therefore, the impugned First Information Report is quashed. This criminal original petition is allowed accordingly.
