ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 341 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.87 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that on 16.08.2018, the defacto complainant has lodged a complaint before the respondent police stating that on 15.08.2018, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. During the quarrel, the petitioners have pelted stones on the the defacto complainant and caused injury to him.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the injured person has been discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
