This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner so as to ensure a peaceful living and to run his grocery shop by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred a representation to the respondents on 02.06.2022. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court is constrained to pass a direction to the second respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner herein dated 02.06.2022 and if necessary give a police protection in accordance with law. 2/4
