O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 not to interfere into the civil dispute in O.S.No. 592 of 2022, pending on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent, the petitioner was called for enquiry and the complaint itself was closed after enquiry. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner. 3.Since the main petition itself was closed after enquiry, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed.
