PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.03.2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 5(j)(ii) r/w 6(1) of POCSO (Amended) Act, 2019 in Crime No.1 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the victim were in love and the petitioner on the pretext of marriage had committed penetrative sexual assault on the minor victim girl. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.This is the second application for bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 20.04.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7345 of 2023 and there is no change in circumstances https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

of the case to consider the present bail petition even after dismissal of the petition. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
