No.11523 of 2022 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that by the order, dated 11.07.2022, the matter was referred to Mediation. In the mediation, the matter has been compromised between the parties for separation. In pursuant to the above said development, the defacto complainant married some other person. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
