PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to survey the petitioner's land bearing S.No.48/3 , measuring 50 cents and S.No.48/6, measuring 50 cents of Bangalapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District and fix the boundaries with the assistance of the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2025, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2.The petitioner having made an application for survey on 12.04.2025, has sought for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the disposal of the said survey application with the assistance of the fourth respondent police.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 26.03.2025 and representation dated 12.04.2025, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of the second respondent apprehending any breach of peace, it shall be open to the second respondent to request the fourth respondent for provide adequate police protection which cost shall be met by the petitioner.
