ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.420 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

2.Malaiyarasan and Rajasekar are the defacto complainants. The defacto complainants appeared before this Court through video conferencing. Their identity is also confirmed before me. The defacto complainants have no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. When the parties have buried the hatchet, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned proceedings alive. The impugned proceedings stand quashed. The criminal original petition is allowed.
