This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to survey and mark the boundaries of the petitioner's land and issue the clearance Certificates for Survey Nos.56/1, 56/2, 56/3 in Survey Ward 'C' block 35, Tuticorin District, by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated on 30.11.2016.

2. Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent has already conducted the Survey of the petitioner's land on 21.07.2017, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.11.2016.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infractuous. No costs.
