This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to call for the entire records pertaining to the order of the 2nd respondent issued vide his proceeding no.3913/2017/A.3 dated 05.07.2017 as well as the consequential order passed by the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5578/2017/A.1 signed on 11.07.2017 insofar as it relates to the petitioner and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit petitioner to render his service as Village Administrative Officer in A.Vallalapatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District itself.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was appointed as Village Administrative Officer on 02.08.2015 and even before expiry of three years' period, he has been transferred to some other place. However, after elaborate argument, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect with liberty to pursue his representation dated 12.07.2017 given to the respondents.
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
