O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to open the tender in respect of the work at Kuttam Government Higher Secondary School for Construction of Compound Wall in the presence of the Tenderers with further direction to the respondent to award the tender in favour of the petitioner on merits.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate has submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, as the Tender itself had already been opened.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this
