ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Ilayaraja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, Counsel for the State, for the first and second respondent, this Court made the following order:
This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.279 of 2021, dated 19.07.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.279 of 2021, dated 19.07.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD). No.5589 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for State Government (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD) No.279 of 2021, dated 19.07.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
