ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the final report has been filed in C.C.No.558 of 2023.

2.Since the charge sheet is filed, the present petition cannot be entertained. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet.
