This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender fixed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No. 7707 of 2021 dated 15.06.2021. 2.heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side).

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended by 15 days , from, the dated of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
