ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned Crime No.5 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thanjavur.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that charge sheet has already been filed and he has also produced the same. At the time of filing charge sheet, the name of the petitioner was deleted and as on date, there is no case against the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that at the time of filing charge sheet, the name of the petitioner was deleted and as on date, there is no case against the petitioner, the case in Crime No.5 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thanjavur, as against the petitioner 2/4
