O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue patta.

2.The positive directions to issue patta in favour of the petitioner cannot be granted as sought for. However, considering the fact that the petitioner has made a representation on 21.04.2025, to the second respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the said application of the petitioner seeking patta, conduct due enquiry, give opportunity to the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of sixteen [16] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to payment of necessary fees as may be applicable. There shall be no order as to costs.
