ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120(b) of IPC in Cr.No.13 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that with regard to the subject property belonged to the defacto complainant, the fourth accused registered a sale deed in the name of his uncle by using fake voter ID of the third accused and causing impersonation for the sale transactions. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not involve in any of the offences as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner is an innocent and he is falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions to be imposed by this Court. He would further submit that the petitioner has no role in the alleged occurrence. He therefore prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police 2/4

would submit that there are totally 9 accused in this case. The present petitioner stood as proxy for the sale transactions. The other accused are absconding. Further, the accused persons have indulged in an another case, which is also similar in nature. He would further submit that the investigation in this case is in initial stage. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, and taking note of the fact that the investigation is in initial stage, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
