*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] When the Writ Petition was taken up for admission, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that there is no proposal to locate the TASMAC Shop in question in Door Nos.3/1281, 1282, 1282-A, 1283 at Ramasamy Nagar, Sithurajapuram Panchayat, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District. The learned Standing Counsel has also made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the TASMAC that there is no proposal to locate the liquor shop in question, no further adjudication is necessary in this Writ Petition.

3. We close the Writ Petition with the above observation. No costs.
