O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief as such sought for to direct the first respondent to 2/5
take steps to formulate new Subway or manned level crossing between Veeralaperi to Puliyankulam Village cannot be granted. However, this Court directs the Railway Authorities to ensure that subways are constructed for the public usage without any hindrance. If at all any grievance exists to the petitioner and the villagers, the Railway Authorities, in consultation with the Revenue Authorities, may take appropriate decision.
2. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
