For Respondent : Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.24 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 324, 427, 366, 506(ii) IPC and subsequently altered into 147, 294(b), 324, 427, 366, 506(ii) IPC, 212, 120(b) IPC r/w 34 IPC, in Crime No.24 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.This is the fourth anticipatory bail application. Earlier application filed by the petitioners were dismissed by this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that now the victim girl was secured and produced before the concerned Court.

CRL OP(MD). No.9313 of 2023 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is no change of circumstances. The custodial interrogation of the petitioners are necessary.
