ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to survey and measure the land of the petitioner situated in Survey No. 125/2A2, Nochiyurani Revenue Village, Ramanathapuram Taluka, Ramanathapuram District, by considering his online application No. 2025/01205/27/301549, dated 21.04.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the above mentioned property with an extent of 26 cents from one Kumar under registered sale deed dated 15.02.2024 and applied for survey of the

property purchased by him by submitting an online application. Since there is no response for the online application submitted by the petitioner, the petitioner is before this Court by way of this Writ Petition.

3. Mr.M.Gangadharan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that online application of the petitioner for survey of the property will be considered on its own merits within a time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 21.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and fourth respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
