ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.127 of 2007 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate , Ilayangudi for the offences punishable under Sections 506(i) and 494 of IPC r/w.109 of IPC and Section 17 of Hindu Marriage Act , seek anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners were absent during the trial in C.C.No.127 of 2007 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 09.08.2016. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
