This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2016 seeking action against the 2nd respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 and the learned counsel for R2. By consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he has given a representation dated 22.08.2016 to the 1st respondent for taking action against the 2nd respondent herein in respect of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
misappropriation of funds, which was specifically allotted for development of Malay Amman Temple and since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.
4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the subject matter is under enquiry before the 1st respondent in M.P.No.6 of 2017 and both the parties have been directed to appear before the 1st respondent for enquiry.
5. In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in M.P.No.6 of 2017, after hearing both the parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by following the relevant provisions of the Act.
6. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
