ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and the property situated in S.No.378/2A, Anbalagan Nagar, Ayan Papakudi Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.09.2020 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 14.09.2020 and the same is still pending.

3. Considering the above, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 14.09.2020 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 9, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
