(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition to restrain the respondents from opening a new TASMAC retail shop at Kaloorani Village, Aruppukkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned standing counsel for the TASMAC submitted that there is no proposal for locating the shop at the premises mentioned in the writ petition.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel and the counter filed by the District Collector, Virudhunagar District, nothing survives for adjudication. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
