ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection for Jothi Mariamman Temple 'Kumbabishekam' 1/4

scheduled to be held on 21.05.2023, Padikasuvaithaanpatti, Vaithilingapuram Post, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. 2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who took notice on behalf of the respondents, raised an objection stating that the property, where the temple in question situated, belongs to the Government and without getting any permission, the petitioner put up the temple in question.

4.The petitioner has not enclosed any document as if the property belongs to him. Since no such particulars are found in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, I do not find any reason to issue a Writ of Mandamus. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
