O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks removal of encroachments made in S.No. S.No.345/3b and S.No.344/2 of Vedasanthur Panchayat Union by the fifth and sixth respondents herein. He had already given a representation dated 19.04.2017 in this regard. 2.This Court directs the fourth respondent to enquire into the matter and if any encroachments are noticed, he shall take action for removal of the same in accordance with law, after complying with the due process of law and after issuing notice to the affected parties. The fourth respondent shall act in association with the third respondent Tahsildar. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
