: Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant permission and protection to conduct Pattimandram, Dance Programme [Aadal Padal] from 25.07.2017 to 03.08.2017 in the eve of 42 year Aadiperukku Vila to "Arul Migu Devikarumariamman Temple", situated at Ayyampattinam Village, Manamelkudi Village, Pudukkottai District, in pursuant to the petition dated 09.07.2017. (Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant permission and protection to conduct Pattimandram, Dance Programme [Aadal Padal] from 25.07.2017 to 03.08.2017 in the eve of 42 year Aadiperukku Vila to "Arul Migu Devikarumariamman Temple", situated at Ayyampattinam Village, Manamelkudi Village, Pudukkottai District, in pursuant to the petition dated 09.07.2017.

2.The Writ Petitioner has submitted a representation in this regard on 09.07.2017.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
4.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court passes the following order:- ● The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the writ petitioner to conduct "Aadal Padal programme" in connection with ''Aadiperukku Vila" at "Arul Migu Devikarumariamman Temple", situated at Ayyampattinam Village, Manamelkudi Village, Pudukkottai District, subject to the following conditions:
● The event shall be conducted in an organised and peaceful manner without causing any law and order problem. ● There shall not be any obscene or vulgar scenes during the dance performance by any one of the participants or others. ● The programme timings shall be between 06.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. on 25.07.2017 and 28.07.2017.
● If there is any violation of the above said conditions, the second respondent or the duly authorised officer is entitled to take necessary action as per law and stop such performance.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
