Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action to put up the construction of compound wall just adjoining the fencing of RDO office premise, to repair the entire Court building, to provide funds to run the generator in Court, to order for a permanent Sub Court at Kodaikanal, to construct Staff Quarters in Court campus and to pay attention on sanitary issues in the Court buildings on considering petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2017.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader on instruction from Mr.R.Thanikkody, Assistant Executive Engineer, PWD, Buildings (C&M) Sub-Division, Kodaikanal, submitted that the proposal for construction of Judicial Officers Quarters in side the Court campus, is pending before the Registrar General. 3.We direct the Registrar General to expedite the process, as expeditiously as possible, taking into account the pendency of the matter with the High Court.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
