COMMON ORDER When the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petitions, the appointment of G.Hariharan as Office Assistant and R.Saravanan as Night Watchman were approved by the concerned authority and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

2. In view of the above, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
