To call for records and set aside the judgment and conviction passed by the learned Special Court for the Trial of Cases under the SC/ST (POA) Theni, (FAC) in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2022 dated 27.12.2022 and acquit the appellant herein.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAKARTHICK M.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.701 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD).No.54 of 2023 dated 31.01.2023.

CRL MP(MD) No.7586 of 2023 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.701 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD).No.54 of 2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a month i.e on the 1st working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
