Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the second respondent pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.9290/2007/Aa1, dated 19.06.2017, in so far as the petitioner is concerned and quash the same. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Subramanian For Respondents 1 and 2 : Mr.S.Kumar, Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.9290/2007/Aa1, dated 19.06.2017, passed by the second respondent, in so far as the petitioner is concerned. 2.The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as a trustee of Nacharammal Kattalai, Madurai. The second respondent issued a show cause notice dated 22.05.2017 to the petitioner, levelling certain allegations with regard to creation of certain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

documents by one Tamilganesan, for which, she gave a detailed reply. According to the petitioner, the second respondent, without considering her reply, removed her from the trusteeship of Nacharammal Kattalai and appointed the third respondent as Thakkar, by way of passing the impugned order. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the impugned order has been withdrawn by the second respondent, by proceedings dated 03.08.2017, made in Na.Ka.No.9290/2007/A1, for passing appropriate orders as per law.

5.Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
