AZHAGESH.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19125 of 2022, dated 28.10.2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that initially the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily and subsequently it was modified and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police once in a week. Thereafter, the petitioner did not comply with the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.7616 of 2023 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
