O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2025.
2.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 01.04.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 2/5
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.
5.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.
