3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner and facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined 2/5

to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 3709 of 2021 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
