PRAYER:Criminal Revision Petition - filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to revise the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate,Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District dated 20.07.2018 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3560-A of 2018 in respect of the petitioner in connection with Crime No.240 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Panagudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. After obtaining anticipatory bail, the petitioner herein has failed to comply with the condition, which forced the Court below to cancel the bail. This Court find no merit in the revision petition. 2.However, since some explanation is given by the petitioner for his non-compliance of the bail condition, this Court while dismissing the revision petition, direct the petitioner herein to surrender before the Court and move the bail petition afresh. On his surrender, the trial Court shall dispose of the petition on the same date on merits, considering the nature of the complaint. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
