Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein particularly the second respondent to forthwith consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2016 on merit and in accordance with law.

ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to forthwith consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 18.10.2016.
2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.According to the petitioner, the property in S.F.No.186/3 measuring to an extent of 74.500 Ares situated at Veera Chinnammalpuram Hamlet, Koduvilarpa Village, Theni Taluk and District was originally purchased by her father-in-law Azhagarsamy in the year 1957. After his demise, the petitioner's husband inherited the same and he is in possession and enjoyment of the property.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that her husband has became sick and immobile. When she applied for patta and chitta to obtain financial assistance from the bank, she was informed that the name of one Karuppanna Gounder was wrongly included in the patta over the property. Hence, she submitted a representation dated 18.10.2016 to the respondents. But, no favourable order has been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the second respondent has already initiated proceedings based on the representation of the petitioner.
6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
