PRAYER:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to forthwith pass final orders on the report of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.7643/06/A2 dated 07.09.2006.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to forthwith pass final orders on the report of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.7643/06/A2 dated 07.09.2006.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that aggrieved over the order passed by the third respondent, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the second respondent on 23.06.2008. In the appeal, though the notice issued to the parties, it was not disposed of. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.K.Appadurai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and in the light of the above fact, this Court directs the second respondent to pass orders on the appeal of the petitioner dated 23.06.2008 on merits and in accordance with law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

after providing opportunity to the necessary parties within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
