: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 18.08.2018 issued by the third respondent and quash the same.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] After making submissions elaborately, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to raise all the contentions before the Registrar concerned under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 and on receipt of the same, such dispute may be disposed of within a time frame.
2. In view of the above, the Writ Petition shall stand disposed of, making it clear that as and when the petitioner raises the dispute under Section 90 of the said Act, the same shall be disposed of by the Registrar concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of dispute to be raised by the petitioner.
