ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 26.07.2018 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 353, 307 and 506 (ii) I.P.C. in Crime No.280 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The case of the prosecution is that on 25.07.2018, during the vehicle check up by the respondent Police, the petitioner and the other accused abused the respondent Police by using filthy language and attempted to hit them by their vehicle and also prevented them from discharging their official duties.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner from 26.07.2018, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District. (ii)the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders;
