ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324 and 506(i) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.81 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 23.04.2023 at about 08.30 p.m., the petitioner along with another accused person assaulted the de-facto complainant and also caused injuries. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

the injured has been discharged from the hospital, the petitioner has involved in three previous cases, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
