ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.
3.The show cause notice dated 15.04.2025 issued by the respondent under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') is under challenge in this Writ Petition. Since it is only a show cause notice, seeking explanation from the petitioner, the petitioner has to give her reply for the same. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent with all relevant records and give her reply within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such appearance, the respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and considering the reply given by the petitioner, pass appropriate order under Section 6 of the Act within a period of six weeks thereafter.
