ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2023 with respect to the petitioners / accused 1 to 3 herein, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ulagampatty Police Station, Sivagangai District and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari through on line in CNR.No.TNSV 1600037/2023, dated 16.05.2023.

3. In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial process within the time stipulated as per Rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
