When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been given with the relieving order. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and allowed to be withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
