Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2017.

ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 05.06.2017.
2. Heard Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government pleader, appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in a collusive suit filed by K.A.V.S.Velusamy in O.S.No.154 of 2008, an order of attachment was passed against the petitioner. Subsequently, the attachment order was raised by the Court on 22.01.2016. In the meanwhile, the attachment order was registered by the respondent. After attachment order was raised by the Court, the petitioner sent the representations dated 26.05.2017, 05.06.2017, 08.06.2017 and 12.07.2017 to the respondent to remove https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the attachment order. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
