ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 120B, 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(1) IPC in Crime No.532 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is shown as the first accused. This court had dismissed the petitioner's earlier original petition on 26.06.2018.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner now undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh only) directly to the defacto complainant. The said amount shall be paid within a period of 15 days from today.

5.Subject to the above condition, anticipatory bail is granted. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate, Bodi, Theni District, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
