ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A20, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 302 IPC @ 147, 148, 149, 109, 212, 341, 120(B) and 302 IPC and 25(1A), 27(2) of Arms Act, 1959 in Crime No.17 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant / Village Administrative Officer, is that on 04.01.2021, when the defacto complainant was going to Kasangulam Village for official work, one Siranjivi, S/o.Jayabal was found dead, who was attacked by one Kabi @ Kabilan and two others. Hence, the complaint. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that this is the petitioner's second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20570 of 2021 was dismissed on 04.01.2022. CRL OP(MD).
