This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection for the petitioner's life and limb and her property situated at "Narasimmachari Street, Kattoorani Keezhkkarai, Pallathoor village, Kottaiyur Panchayat, Karaikudi Taluk, Karaikudi District" on the basis of the representation dated 13.04.2023 in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 2/4
