ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to provide Police protection to life and limb of the petitioner from the fourth and fifth respondents and their henchmen. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent herein is his wife and their marriage was performed on 15.02.2024. After marriage, the fourth respondent left from the matrimonial home. When the petitioner asked about the same, she along with fifth respondent, who is the sister of the fourth respondent, threatened him with dire consequences. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint as against them. However, till date no action was taken on his complaint. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present petition. 3.Even according to the petitioner, the marriage between him and the fourth respondent was solemnized only on 15.02.2024. If the 2/4

petitioner is having any grievance, he has to workout the same before the concerned Family Court and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
